Submission #2 to the boss battles 2.0 contest over at 
This one is Aurora Unit 313, the organic supercomputer that was stolen by the bad guys and planted on the living planet Phaaze.
I said before that I'd make three, one from each installment in the Metroid Prime trilogy. I'm cranking out these last two at the last minute, so the next one will be something from MP1, but I haven't decided yet which one.
